Villa Leonidas (AJ04) is a luxury two bedroom villa with private 8x4m pool (with heating available) and hot tub, located on the prestigious Alexander Heights in the heart of The Resort. This south-facing villa enjoys beautiful outside space, with generous terrace that is furnished with comfortable seating, sun beds and a gas BBQ. As guests staying on Alexander Heights you can enjoy the communal pools as well, and the convenience of being just a two minute stroll to the Resort village centre and facilities.

Inside the villa is beautifully decorated, with bright interiors and fixtures of the highest standard. The ground floor hosts the comfortable living area, and separate kitchen and dining area - both rooms have large patio doors opening out to the outside terrace. The living area has a large Smart TV that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Leonidas, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €420.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).
