Villa Limni is one of the most spacious three bedroom holiday villas on the resort, boasting gorgeous golf views and located within walking distance of the Resort village centre.

The large poolside terrace is encased by charming landscaped gardens and boasts a 12x6m private swimming pool (with heating available at an additional cost). There is an outside dining table and chairs, sunbeds for all and a built-in BBQ area with gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation space.

The addition of a wooden decked area further up the garden is furnished with sunbeds, providing a great space for relaxing and sunbathing whilst enjoying the backdrop of the beautiful lake on the 10th fairway, and golf course beyond.

The villa features a large, open plan living and dining area with vaulted ceiling and french doors that open out onto the rear terrace, offering a great sense of light and space.

Interior features include large sofas, marble staircases, free reliable Wi-Fi, large TV with a comprehensive TV system that has international sports and movie channels with playback option, PS4 and an iPod docking station.

The kitchen is really spacious, overlooks the dining room and has the added benefit of a dishwasher.

Villa Limni has two double rooms and one twin room, all of which have newly renovated (in 2025), modern en suites with showers. The first double and the twin are found on the mezzanine level (off the living area). The double room opens out to the poolside terrace through double doors. and the twin room has a door that opens out to the side of the villa, leading to the poolside terrace. The lovely master bedroom is found upstairs on the first floor, and has plenty of wardrobe space, and a pretty balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the pool, garden and golf course; a truly beautiful view to wake up to every day.

The upper front terrace has a dining table and chairs for relaxing and dining, offering charming views of the neighbourhood.

Villa Limni is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year around comfort.
