Villa Dionysus is a charming three bedroom villa set in pretty, landscaped gardens with a private 10x5 metre pool (with heating available) within a lovely, peaceful area of the eastern plateau of the Resort.

The interiors overlook the south facing outside terrace and pool area giving them a lovely outlook and a real light, airy, holiday feel. This villa offers a real sense of home-from-home from the moment you enter and has the added bonus of the bedrooms all being en-suites.

The back garden of the property features a 10x5 pool, private, landscaped gardens with lawn, sun decks, shady terraces, a BBQ area, a gas BBQ and also a table tennis table. There is a shaded pergola at the highest point of the garden; the perfect spot for enjoying a book and soaking up the lovely sea views that are on offer from here. There are plenty of places in the grounds of Villa Dionysus to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The ground floor of the villa is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is beautifully decorated with light, fresh furnishings and little elegant touches such as the chandelier which hangs from the wooden vaulted ceiling. There is a large screen TV and a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option as well as the added bonus of a Playstation 3. Free, reliable wireless internet is also included and available throughout the villa. The kitchen is a good size and has everything you need to make your self catering holiday an easy affair, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The master bedroom is found on the ground floor and has a lovely light feeling to it, especially as the afternoon sun pours into the room from the large doors that open out to the terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, as well as a separate shower unit. Upstairs hosts a twin room with wooden ceiling and en-suite with shower unit. The second twin room is found in the lower level (not basement) and its en suite is also with shower unit.

Villa Dionysus is fully air-conditioned plus the units can heat for all year round comfort. There is also a free high chair and travel cot included, should you require.

Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
