The outside space at Villa Anarita is really charming, beautifully landscaped and well grown-in, providing lovely, peaceful surroundings to the L-shaped pool (heating available) and large poolside terrace. Al-fresco dining is a pleasure, and the golf views from the spacious balcony are beautiful.
Property Description
The interior of the property features a large, open plan living and dining area with french doors that open out onto the pool terrace. The fully fitted kitchen overlooks the living area and is well equipped with kitchenware and dishwasher. The living area feature large comfortable sofas, large screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option.
The first of the two twin rooms is located on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs the second twin offers lovely views of the pool, garden, golf course and sea beyond. It also has an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower and access to the large upper roof terrace. The master double is spacious and has a TV and DVD player, an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, as well as access to the large upper roof terrace.
The upper rear terrace has a sofa and chairs for relaxing and dining and has panoramic views over the resort and the sea beyond - perfect for a sun downer at sunset!
The rear patio doors open out onto the pool terrace with views over the large, L shaped heated private swimming pool and private, landscaped gardens and lawn. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, with a real quaint feel and they provide a great sense of privacy too. There is an outside dining table, sunbeds for all, gas BBQ and outdoor food preparation area.
Villa Anarita is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year round comfort.
With spacious interiors and gorgeous gardens, all bedrooms being en-suite, a large roof terrace with stunning sunset views, villa Anarita is a fantastic option for your holiday at Aphrodite Hills.
Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Anarita, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €270.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
