Villa Paparouna is a stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated villa close to the resort facilities with three bedrooms, heated pool, hot tub and fabulous outside space.

The villa is set in large grounds (great for kids) light, airy and spacious, spread across three floors and equipped to make sure you have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Having benefited from a full refurbishment in 2025 with brand new modern bathrooms, kitchen upgrade and full redecoration throughout, the villa presents beautifully with decor carefully selected by interior designers - it is modern, with soft tones, and contemporary touches. Stylish and inviting.

Outside, Villa Paparouna's grounds are simply fantastic. The large garden area enjoys a good sense of privacy, is very pretty and the astro-turf lawn is great for children. The 12x6m private pool can be heated in cooler months (at an additional cost) and there is also a hot tub, trampoline and table tennis table for your entertainment too. Ample sunbeds line the terrace, as well as comfortable seating and a great built-in BBQ area. It's the perfect space in which to switch off and forget the outside world!

Upon entry the ground floor features a large, open plan living and dining area with vaulted ceiling, and modern kitchen (complete with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine). The living area enjoys a really comfortable sofa and a large Smart TV with streaming services as well as a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The living and dining areas have huge patio doors that open out to the outside terrace, which makes for a lovely view, great light and an easy flow of inside-outside living!

The villa features three bedrooms; normally configured as two doubles and one twin, though two of the bedrooms (not the master) can be reconfigured if required. The first double and the twin room are located on the mezzanine level; each with a modern bathroom with walk-in shower (one of which is en suite). The stunning master double bedroom is situated upstairs on the first floor, and has a large, modern en-suite with walk-in shower, as well as a little balcony with table and chairs which offers gorgeous golf course views.

Villa Paparouna is fully air-conditioned, centrally heated for year-round comfort and has free, reliable wireless internet.
