Villa Madelini is a beautiful, well-furnished, three bedroom villa located within a stone's throw from the Village Square, Golf Clubhouse and Resort facilities. This beautiful villa is all set on one level, bungalow style and benefits from a pool safety gate making it great for families with young children.

The villa benefits from wonderful outdoor space - the first patio on ground floor level has comfortable seating, dining table and chairs and sun beds. The private 8x4 metre pool is on a lower patio level, which is gated for child safety, has roman steps entrance and has heating available (at additional cost). Upstairs there is a very large gated roof terrace with outdoor seating, dining table and chairs, sun beds and a complimentary table tennis table (the perfect holiday pastime!). The fantastic outdoor space makes the villa a true pleasure to stay in, offering entertainment all day round for all ages - it is also south facing so benefits from the sunshine all day!

Inside, the property features a large open plan living and dining area with twin patio doors leading to the spacious outdoor eating area with built-in BBQ. The modern kitchen is very well equipped and is in the heart of the living and dining area making it a real social hub. The living area has a good stock of books, DVDs and toys for you to make the most of. Free, reliable wireless internet is included, as well as a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option. There are two twin rooms (which share a bathroom with shower unit), one of which can be made up as a double bedroom. The double master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower). The master bedroom opens out to the patio and pool area.

Villa Madelini is fully air conditioned throughout, plus units can heat for all year round comfort. There are a number of other villas and apartments available close by, making it a perfect option for groups or families that would like to stay in close proximity.

Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Madelini, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €320.00 per week
