Overlooking the top pool on Helios Heights, beautiful Junior Villa Zeus (AA02) offers guests a modern holiday accommodation option in a fantastic location, within a couple of minutes’ walk to the tennis academy and Resort facilities. The terrace is fantastic and the villa enjoys a jacuzzi on the upper terrace – great for sundowner cocktails at the end of a sunny day!

The villa has been refurbished throughout, tastefully and lovingly redecorated to a really high standard, presenting modern interiors with a homely touch. The villa is comfortable, stylish, light and bright – a cool home-from-home on Aphrodite Hills.

The outside space is great; there’s a sizeable private terrace that opens out to the pool, furnished with comfortable seating, a gas BBQ, and astroturf lawn with sunbeds.

Inside, the living room has comfortable seating and a large screen Smart TV, with patio doors that open on to the terrace. The open-plan dining room and kitchen is a lovely bright space, with all you need to feel at home, including a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. This room also opens out on to the outside terrace and side garden where the BBQ is located.

Two of the three bedrooms are located upstairs, both double rooms with en suite bathrooms. The first double has a walk-in shower, and the master double has a modern bathroom with both bath and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom boasts a jacuzzi on the balcony, facing the pool. The second double room has a little balcony facing the pool, as well as a second back balcony with table and chairs, facing the driving range and mountains beyond.

The third bedroom, also a double room (comfortable pull-out bed), is found on the cooler lower level of the villa where a small outside terrace provides adequate light. This room also has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The villa has free reliable wifi internet, is fully air-conditioned throughout (with heating options for cooler winter months) and has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option.
