Villa Pericles (AJ05) is a stunning three bedroom villa with private 8x4m pool (with heating available) and hot tub, located on the prestigious Alexander Heights in the heart of The Resort. The outside space at Villa Pericles is fantastic – there is a large terrace with private pool, hot tub, and small astro turf area that is great for children, or sunbathing. The terrace has everything you need to make the most of your days in the sunshine including comfortable seating, dining tables and chairs, sun beds and a gas BBQ. As guests staying on Alexander Heights you can enjoy the lovely communal pools on the village as well, and the convenience of being just a two minute stroll to the Resort village centre and facilities.

Villa Pericles boasts beautiful interiors, decorated with fixtures and fittings of the highest standards, giving the villa a true reflection of quality and luxury. The ground floor hosts the comfortable living area, and separate kitchen and dining area; the kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and coffee machine. Both rooms have large patio doors opening out to the outside terrace giving them plenty of natural daylight. The living area has a large Smart TV that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, and a large comfortable soft; the perfect space for relaxing when you fancy cooling off from the heat of the day.

The second bedroom is a twin room, which together with the third double room shares a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a third bathroom with bath and overhead shower on the ground floor.

The villa boasts free, reliable high-speed wi-fi, is air-conditioned throughout and has underfloor heating for winter stays.
