Property Description
The outside space at Villa Pericles is fantastic – there is a large terrace with private pool, hot tub, and small astro turf area that is great for children, or sunbathing. The terrace has everything you need to make the most of your days in the sunshine including comfortable seating, dining tables and chairs, sun beds and a gas BBQ. As guests staying on Alexander Heights you can enjoy the lovely communal pools on the village as well, and the convenience of being just a two minute stroll to the Resort village centre and facilities.
Villa Pericles boasts beautiful interiors, decorated with fixtures and fittings of the highest standards, giving the villa a true reflection of quality and luxury. The ground floor hosts the comfortable living area, and separate kitchen and dining area; the kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and coffee machine. Both rooms have large patio doors opening out to the outside terrace giving them plenty of natural daylight. The living area has a large Smart TV that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, and a large comfortable soft; the perfect space for relaxing when you fancy cooling off from the heat of the day.
All three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, two of which (the master and the twin) have balconies that overlook the pool and garden, but more importantly gorgeous view of the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom is a double room with an en suite bathroom with modern walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room, which together with the third double room shares a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is a third bathroom with bath and overhead shower on the ground floor.
The villa boasts free, reliable high-speed wi-fi, is air-conditioned throughout and has underfloor heating for winter stays.

Villa Pericles is situated right next to three bedroom Villa Leonidas (AJ04) and two bedroom Villa Solon (AJ06) - great for groups looking to book to stay within close proximity of each other!
Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Pericles, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €420.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
