Located in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Zephyros Village, Junior Villa Galata offers guests a gorgeous home in which to enjoy a stay on Aphrodite Hills; with lovely views, a private garden, easy access to the communal pool and within walking distance of the Resort village centre and facilities.

The outside space at Junior Villa Galata offers beautiful ravine and golf course views overlooking neighbouring Secret Valley Golf Course. Upstairs, accessed via the kitchen and dining room, there is a large balcony with dining table and chairs, and gas BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining. Downstairs there is a lovely private garden, well kept and presented, with plenty of space for sunbathing and chilling out.

The beautiful communal pool at Zephyros village is situated next to the villa, it has plenty of sunbeds, and the infinity edge looks over Secret Valley and out to the Paphos coastline - which is particularly pretty at sunset!

Beautifully decorated throughout, with lovely touches of thoughtful decor, and tasteful splashes of colour, the interiors of Junior Villa Galata are inviting, modern and trendy. The ground floor hosts a bright, spacious living room with large Smart TV (that has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option), comfortable seating and a huge feature window offering wonderful ravine views. The light kitchen and dining area is also found on this floor, fully kitted with all mod cons, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area opens out to the large upper balcony, making food prep for your BBQs really convenient. The side door in the kitchen opens out to stairs that lead to the lower level garden and there is also a WC located on this floor too.

Downstairs hosts both double bedrooms, as well as a small office room and a utility room (with washer and dryer). The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and separate shower unit. The second double bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with shower unit, that is shared by the third bedroom - a lovely twin room. The bedrooms all have patio doors that lead out to the pretty garden - a wonderful place to enjoy chilling out with a book or good podcast in the Cyprus sunshine.

Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
