Apartment Alambra is a beautifully decorated, spacious first floor apartment on Zephyros Village, with gorgeous sea and sunset views enjoyed from the south-facing balcony. Great location – a ten minute stroll from the Resort centre, and a two minute walk to the fantastic communal pools.

Located on a peaceful edge of Apollo Heights, Apartment Alambra enjoys a south facing aspect that offers guests a beautiful sea and sunset view from the balcony – the perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening sundowner.

This first floor apartment has been lovingly redecorated in 2025 with modern furnishings and is conveniently located just a two minute stroll from the wonderful communal pools on Apollo Heights, and a ten minute stroll from the Resort village centre and facilities.

Inside, Apartment Alambra has a good sense of space, and even enjoys the benefit of having two bathrooms. The living and dining area has patio doors that lead out to the balcony and offer distant sea views from inside, and has been furnished to maximise space yet provide comfortable, inviting living space. There is a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a flat screen Smart TV that has streaming services (such as Netflix) as well as a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option.

The kitchen overlooks the dining area and splits the room with a kitchen bar, and is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home from home; including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a tumble dryer. The first bathroom is found round the corner from the living area, next to the bedroom, and has a shower unit. The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout, has fly screens on the patio doors in the living area and bedroom, and has free, reliable wireless internet.

The bedroom is spacious, with a large comfortable bed, ample wardrobe space and a fantastic en suite bathroom that has a bath and a separate shower unit. There is a lovely dressing space, as well as a charming reading nook.

Beautifully decorated, modern and inviting, Apartment Alambra is an excellent choice of holiday apartment on the Resort; watching the sun set over the Mediterranean from your balcony after a lovely day spent in the Cyprus sunshine is the perfect way to relax and switch off from everyday life.

Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
