Tucked away in a beautifully tranquil area of Theseus Village, boasting stunning sea and sunset views from its balcony, Apartment Viklari is a little haven of Mediterranean peace. Decorated with thought, with a good layout, the apartment offers convenience, comfort and a real retreat-like vibe.

First floor Apartment Viklari enjoys an elevated position overlooking the Paphos coast, and the south-west facing balcony, decorated with comfortable seating, a gas BBQ and a tall table and chairs positioned for you to make the most of the amazing sea and sunset views on offer – such a beautiful spot for a sunset downer.

The fantastic communal pools of Theseus village are just a short stroll away, and the Resort village centre is also within a 15 minute walk from the apartment too; with all the world-class facilities, such as the tennis and padel courts, within easy reach.

The open-plan living and dining area are decorated with a large, loungey sofa, dining table and chairs and large Smart TV (with streaming services such as Netflix). The room enjoys lovely sea views from the patio doors that open out on to the balcony. The apartment has been primed as a perfect work from home space, with a remote working area integrated in the living area, complete with work desk and 42" screen. Downtime is also considered well too though - with an X-box series x for entertainment. Winter stays have been considered, with an electric heating system in place to provide comfort and coziness in the cooler months.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine for extra convenience.

Both bedrooms are charming, each with lovely decor and coastal views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and the twin bedroom (which can also be made up as a double if required) has an adjacent bathroom with shower unit.

There is a second balcony located next to the twin room that enjoys the morning sunshine, furnished with comfortable sun loungers and a parasol.
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, has a filtered tap water system and free, reliable wireless internet.

Apartment Viklari is a wonderful choice of accommodation on the Resort; its peaceful location and lovely decor give it a real laid back feel, which, coupled with the beautiful backdrop from the balcony, make for a wonderful holiday home – come, relax, and recharge!

Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.

Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).

Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.

This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:

• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)

The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.

ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.

If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.

Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.

More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation

Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
