Property Description
With a 10 x 5m infinity edge pool with sweeping raving and sea views from the water's edge, well furnished, spacious terraces (south-facing so they benefit from almost day-round sunshine), Villa Deilino offers an amazing space in which to enjoy your well-deserved holiday time. The pool has the option of heating for cooler months.
The entrance to the villa offers plenty of space for parking, and has a lovely seating area, shaded and perfect for morning coffees, or time out of the sun to read a good book. The ground floor hosts the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, as well as two of the bedrooms. The living area has comfortable seating and a large TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. This space has large patio doors that open out to a lovely terrace, providing gorgeous views.
There is a double and twin bedroom on the ground floor that share a bathroom (bath with overhead shower). There is also a separate WC. Both bedrooms have patio doors that lead on to the terrace - which is furnished with a large dining table, gas BBQ and comfortable seating.
Upstairs the master bedroom enjoys magnificent sea views, is en suite (with walk-in shower) and opens out on to the upper terrace. This terrace isn't furnished, but is a great space for some holiday yoga! There is also a small utility room on this level.
The fourth bedroom is located in the lower level of the villa, it has a window offering natural light, and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.
The villa has free, reliable wireless internet, is air-conditioned throughout (providing heating for winter comfort) and has the added benefit of underfloor heating too.
The peaceful location, spacious terraces and breathtaking views are what make Villa Deilino stand out. It enjoys the classic Aphrodite Hills views that the Resort is so well loved for and we guarantee that this backdrop will provide holiday memories to be cherished forever.

Pool Heating: pool heating is available at Villa Deilino, and is recommended between October – May. The cost for pool heating is €315.00 per week (surcharges may apply, please enquire for more details).

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
