With bright, spacious interiors, Apartment Zygi has been decorated beautifully, with thoughtful touches and lovely furnishings. The fittings and bathrooms are very high spec, and breakfasts on the balcony (overlooking the golf course driving range) are a highlight.
Property Description
What sets Apartment Zygi apart is that its second bedroom is comfortably set up as a triple room (either three x singles or one double and two singles), so it can sleep 5 persons.
The apartment opens into a beautiful, modern open-plan living, dining and kitchen area (the kitchen area is separated by a breakfast bar) that is stylishly furnished and boasts a fantastic large sofa - perfect for lounging at the end of a fun-packed day in the sun. The ceilings within the apartment are high throughout which gives each room an extra feeling of brightness and space. The living area opens out to the apartment's balcony that overlooks the far end of the golf course driving range, a lovely backdrop for your holiday dining in the fresh air. The kitchen is well equipped, with the added convenience of a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Moving on from the kitchen the two bedrooms are found at the rear of the apartment. Both have en suite bathrooms, are spacious, and decorated with some lovely touches. The master double bedroom has a small balcony that furnishes the room with natural light, and offers the same lovely views as the living area, over 18th green and the driving range. The en suite bathroom has a bath, separate walk-in shower and double sinks. The triple bedroom has large windows that look out into Apollo Heights village, and has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This Jack and Jill bathroom also has a door that can be accessed from the living area, via a corridor that hosts utilities (and washing machine).
The communal pools on Apollo Heights are the largest on the resort, and the spacious communal area also has a cute mini playpark that is great for little children, situated just next to the children's splash pool. Apollo Heights is a peaceful area, and a wonderful choice for all.

Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
