Inside, the living and dining area has comfortable couches, dining table and chairs, a large screen Smart TV (which provides a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option) and a speaker for iPhones. Free, reliable Wi-Fi is included, as well as air-conditioning throughout, and wall-mounted heaters for extra comfort in the cooler winter months. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher for your convenience. This area is well laid out and beautifully decorated, made even more special by the backdrop of the Mediterranean sea.
The apartment features one double and one twin bedroom (the twin room can be made up as a double if required). Both bedrooms open out on to the terrace and boast the most wonderful sea views - imagine waking up to the glimmering Mediterranean sea every day of your holiday! The master double room has an ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, whereas the twin room has an adjacent bathroom with shower unit.
Outside on the terrace there is a dining table and chairs, sunbeds, comfortable seating area and large gas BBQ - the perfect recipe for outdoor living in the Cyprus sunshine! Morning breakfasts on the terrace with the shimmering sea views, sunset cocktails and evening BBQs with the backdrop of the moon over the Mediterranean.
Brilliantly located within the Resort (the apartment is just a 10 minute stroll from the resort facilities and a short stroll from the fabulous communal pools on Theseus Village), Apartment Akti is a fabulous choice of holiday apartment on Aphrodite Hills. We can't get enough of those views!

Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
