Inside, Apartment Rematia has benefitted from a refreshing upgrade, with a lovely modern kitchen and new bathrooms. The apartment is light, bright and spacious – made particularly so when the bi-folding doors in the living area are opened up, giving a real air of space and light and bringing the gorgeous views outside in.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well stocked, and benefits from having a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The living area is comfortable and has a large flat screen TV with a comprehensive system that has International sports and movie channels with playback option. The large master bedroom has access to the balcony, and has an en suite bathroom (with bath and overhead shower). The twin room has an adjoining bathroom (with a walk-in shower).
Outside, the large balcony has sunbeds, dining table and chairs, gas BBQ and separate table and chairs, perfect for spending time soaking up the stunning views on offer, particularly at sunset.
Zephyros Village has a lovely communal swimming pool prettily landscaped with plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. An infinity edge offers fabulous views overlooking nearby Secret Valley Golf Course and then further on down to the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
The interior of the property is fully air-conditioned throughout, plus units can heat also for all year round comfort. Free, reliable wireless internet is included.

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
