The peaceful surroundings and mountain views that spill out to sea make relaxing on the upper terrace a real delight – the terraces are large, the interiors are beautifully decorated, with modern bathrooms too. Adonis village communal pool is very close to the villa, as is the resort village centre.
Property Description
The villa is beautifully decorated throughout and has a lovely modern feel to it, especially because it boasts new double glazing windows and doors, as well as modern bathrooms. A travel cot, portable highchair, baby bath, potty, toilet training seat and stair gate are all available free of charge if required.
The ground floor level hosts an open plan living and dining area, with a good sized, well equipped family kitchen, which creates a light, airy, sociable living area. The living room area hosts comfortable sofas, a large screen TV which has a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option - great for keeping the kids entertained after a long day by the pool. An Apple TV device and a Sony wireless/bluetooth speaker device are also available. The extendable dining table makes for a stylish inside dining area, but if you prefer alfresco dining then there is also a gas BBQ and table and chairs outside on the large terrace, which is accessed via the living area.
This large terrace also hosts a comfortable seating area which is perfect for sitting back, relaxing, and soaking up the gorgeous ravine and sea views that are on offer.
The first of the double rooms is also located on the ground level, with a slide door separating it, and the adjacent bathroom (with spacious walk in shower), from the rest of the ground floor.
Downstairs you will find the master double bedroom, which has plenty of wardrobe space and has patio doors that open out to the lower level terrace. The second room downstairs hosts 3 single beds, with ample space and a door that also leads out to the lower level terrace. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, again with a lovely modern walk-in shower.
Junior Villa Margarita is literally a stone's throw from the communal pool which boasts a shallow kids' pool and large, kidney shaped adults' pool, surrounded by suitable shade and plenty of sunbeds for all. There are changing rooms and toilets conveniently situated beneath the swimming pool area if required.

A partial payment in the amount of 20% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made online using our secure online payment processor, or alternatively you can pay via bank transfer (to our UK or Cyprus bank account).
Our Accidental Damage Protection Policy:
Instead of a damage deposit, accidental damage to the property or its contents is covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Policy. The Accidental Damage Protection charge is added to the cost of your property rental (price determined by property size) which is due with your rental balance.
This non-refundable charge will cover you for any accidental damages that occur during your stay in the property. It covers any non-intentional breakages, accidental damage to the property, reported and confirmed by you, for accidental damage during your stay up to the value of 250 euros per booking. Any accidental damage or breakages must be reported while you are in occupancy of the property. The charges are as follows:
• 1 and 2 bedroom apartments: €22.00 per booking
• 2 bedroom villas: €30.00 per booking
• 3 bedroom apartments and villas: €36.00 per booking
• 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas: €65.00 per booking
(*or the euro equivalent)
The ADP excludes negligence, theft and vandalism. For any damage to the property or it’s contents that exceeds the value of 250 euros, we reserve the right to invoice you (either directly or through our agents) for immediate payment.
ADP is not insurance. ADP is a non-refundable, one-time charge per person which covers accidental damage as long as you report it promptly and comply fully with the terms of this Agreement. L&D Aphrodite Lettings Ltd reserve the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by ADP.
If you fail to bring to our attention any damage you find at the Property within 24 hours of your arrival, it will be assumed that you were responsible for such damage.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the name on our confirmation invoice as soon as possible. The following charges will apply from the date on which written notification is received by aphroditerentals.com to compensate aphroditerentals.com and the owners for their estimated losses and expenses.
More than 8 weeks prior to departure – deposit
More than 4 weeks prior to departure – 50% of the cost of your accommodation
Less than 4 weeks prior to departure – 100% of the cost of your accommodation
Note: If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges.
