** Villa Oleander has been priced at a discounted rate to reflect that it is located opposite building works - the opposite side of the road, from the driveway and front entrance, not the pool terrace. Though the works are not imposing or within view, there is a certain level of noise disturbance, for which we have compensated in the published rates. Villa Oleander combines an inviting, homely open plan interior with tranquil, spacious exteriors featuring a large 10x5 metre private pool and pretty gardens.

The property is located on the eastern plateau in a lovely, quiet location overlooking the Aphrodite Hills Championship golf course. The property has been finished to a high standard and is well equipped both inside and out to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

The back garden of the property feels really private with large hedges and a well grown in, pretty garden (with fruit trees and grape vines featured). There is a 10x5 swimming pool with roman step entrance, large sun decks, shady terraces with comfortable seating and dining table, a BBQ area and gas BBQ, as well as plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The ground floor hosts a good sized living room which has comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV with a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option. There is also a CD player and iPod dock to help keep you entertained. The separate kitchen and dining area are spacious and very well equipped - including a coffee maker. Both ground floor rooms spill out onto the outside patio.

Upstairs you will find both bedrooms which are well furnished with good quality bed, mattresses & linens, ceiling fans and balconies which overlook the pool, garden and golf course. The master double room benefits from a high-vaulted wooden ceiling and a large en suite with bath & overhead shower, separate shower and his & hers sinks. The second double room (which can be made into a twin) enjoys an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
