Villa Demeter has recently undergone a major renovation (in summer 2021) making it one of the most desirable 5 bedroom villas on Aphrodite Hills. Set in a quiet location in the corner of the resort, Villa Demeter boasts some of the most beautiful, unspoilt views that spill over Cypriot countryside and olive groves, out to vast Mediterranean views beyond. The tranquility that the views offer is something to really cherish.

The villa itself has a 10x5 infinity edge pool (with heating available), outside BBQ area and lots of shaded terraces for sunbathing, relaxing and dining. There is a lovely lawn which runs the side length of the villa and leads down to a beautiful wooden pergola which is the perfect haven for a book read, or sun downer as the sun sets in the background. The new large upper terrace also offers a very special spot for soaking up the surrounding views.

The interior is well furnished and homely, with a large bright kitchen and dining area, perfect for family gatherings. The separate living area is expansive, with large screen TV (offering a comprehensive TV system with international sports and movie channels with playback option), iPod docking station and bifold doors that run the full width of the room, ensuring that you can make the most of the views, even while indoors.

All the bedrooms offer the great benefit of having en suite bathrooms. Upstairs on the first floor level are the three beautifully decorated double bedrooms all of which have modern en-suites bathrooms with large walk-in showers. The highlight of these bedrooms of course is that they too are south-facing and offer wonderful sea views. Two of the double rooms open out on to the new large upper terrace, whilst the third room has its own modest balcony. Downstairs in the cooler basement level you will find both the twin rooms, one with bath & overhead shower, the other with walk-in shower unit.

The villa has free reliable Wi-Fi and is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated for all year round comfort.
